Ytd I sick, if I view it, sure I drop my terrace house interest to cluster houses.

I fell in love into their EB just bcz I watched the video and gone thru the masterplan.

Sifu...Need URGENT advice as 25 May just around the corner. Be there yesterday and need to make a big choice in life. Which project should I go for terrace house...

I only got ONE choice only with my money...ngam-ngam plus plus for 10% deposit.

Last time SPS (Ecohill) keep on saying ballot ballot, then suddenly sms came 6.46am asking you all "race F1" and bring 20K cheque FCFS.
Now EcoWorld said FCFS, would another surprise be in store ?
Mana tau !!  Demand is so many times more than supply esp when you guys mentioned only left 400 odd units !!   
Kowtow to EcoWorld.....they've been brilliant in building up the momentum, climaxing soon !! LOL

Hopefully less demand on cluster

Yes, FCFS.

Just a question to think of.
If you are the decision maker (eg. :LKS), how would you launch EM?
FCFS? Ballot?
If EM to be launched like Ecohill, after receiving sms, people will speed there.
Nearer people get there faster (Kajang, Semenyih, Cheras, etc...).
Further people (Kepong, PJ, Rawang, etc...) will lose out a bit.
But having lots of people to queue overnight like Fennel and Midfields also not fair, because big bosses can hire Bangla, Indon to queue.
I am just wondering, how to make it fairer and better (for those genuine home buyers).
Just a question that I have thought over these past few days.  

at RM600k absolute to begin with, what kind of margin are you guys targetting for exit?

Cant help you much on this. Sendiri suka. It depends on where you work, what's your lifestyle like, etc etc
Your own sweat and blood money....you decide on your own !
Try to talk with all your loved ones and made sure you drop by all their sites (Sales Gallery or showhouses-if any)
Believe this is your first house that you are buying ?
Dont do it in haste ........and good luck !

1) FCFS can be fair if proxy and change of name is strictly prohibited + person on the Q cannot be replaced as well, then it can totally eliminate the risk of bangla, indon n etc

2) Balloting in a way is fair as everyone stands an equal chance but it all boils down to your luck lo

What if I suka cluster but loved one suka DSL? Conflict geh woh ... then how leh? 

BTW, I am indeed having this problem as my loved one prefer DSL but me on the other hand suka cluster ... haiz ... gaduh till sien de 

I foresee ppl start Q-ing on Fri lo 

I have seen ppl in HK Q-ing for dayssssssss b4 launching ... really chi sin geh woh 

I hope they verify MYKAD and queue-r...No proxy cant be used.

IMO, FCFS is the best way to reward those purchasers who PIAKAHLIAO to get one desired unit......
