Own stay ok, investment????, unless MRT/LRT confirm there, if any crisis happen, all this new area hit first!!! mature area last. to me, for investment, prefer mature or abt to mature area, not new area. similar to what happen in Bukit Tak untung, all kind rumours that time, airport lah, gov will invest a lot lah..... compare putrajaya/Cyber still better, at least gov put a lot of money, but over supply. |

We cant really compare the situation happened in Rawang or Bukit Beruntung. The hype during that time was because of speculated location for proposed KL international airport in which eventually it went to Sepang/Dengkil. Many get caught due to that.Semenyih is slightly different. No proposed airport but existing KLIA 1&2 are about 30 min or less apart. This once God-forsaken-place were injected botox and viaga by several developers. They gonna build interchanges are at least two strategic locations. THey gonna bring in schools (kebangsaan and chinese or international and others). They are also planning to have shopping malls at the commi area near interchange. This is gonna be a township thingy. EM has 1089 acres Ecohill has 700 acres EcoMas or Ecohill 2 has like 1100 acres. Mathematically, this could be recipe for proper township. |
