Own stay ok, investment????, unless MRT/LRT confirm there, if any crisis happen, all this new area hit first!!! mature area last. to me, for investment, prefer mature or abt to mature area, not new area. similar to what happen in Bukit Tak untung, all kind rumours that time, airport lah, gov will invest a lot lah..... compare putrajaya/Cyber still better, at least gov put a lot of money, but over supply.
