You can try to sell your CPU around 300 and the Motherboard around 120 *depends on condition*.With that extra money from selling it,can also consider the Intel Xeon E3-1230 V3 RM799.It helps in Photo and Video editing cause it has more cores. Included a better PSU with higher wattage so you can just get a new GPU in the future without upgrading the PSU.
If your casing isn't ATX,just change the Mobo to Asrock B85M-Pro4 RM279

I have 4k output. It's due to work related sometimes.

If you've not tried SSD before, go for one if your budget allows. You won't regret it. Word of caution, once you go SSD, you'll never go back to regular HDD again.
