Finally receive my RM60.00 cash back on Statement Date.
Problem now is that I "overspend" and can't identify which transactions is entitled to 6%. I called up the CS and they will revert back to me.

PDF eStatement would be generated after about 2 days

Ronnie, have you try to pay card bill online ?  when i click at "pay this amount" which is actually the statement amount and try to pay using my saving account, it says "card added online" cannot do this, damn epic.

U can see transaction, u can view unbill transaction, it's part of your accounts at your name. But you cannot pay it online.

Apa lagi mau PB Bank !??

called cs with the non 1800 number, no choice, have to go bank to connects the accounts that is already connected.

PART 1 of $388 online application promotion, to qualify for the RM150 Cash Back, the Qualified Cardmember must have charged on his principal credit card an accumulated retail purchase of RM1,000 and above within the first 2-months from the card approval date )
I did swipe >RM1000 in the first bill..... where's my RM150 ? Unless I'm getting the RM188 cash back instead.

I am glad to inform that AirAsia online booking received the 6% cashback. Can't list out the rest as maxed the quota.

I realized that we are not able to download the pdf copy of the e-statement. We need to register for it, and it will only take effect in the next billing. So for this month, anyone received the hardcopy version?
*
I register for PDF e-Statement before the first Statement Date (which I amended as well)... so no hard copy from Day 1 thumbup.gif

Login to PBe
Then Accounts button
There's link on left side called Statements

I did a few times before it actually "registered successfully" ... very flaky doh.gif sweat.gif

Just called Public Bank and I'm part of the Online Application RM388 Cash Back promotion.
Reason why I didn't get was the Insurance Premium paid is excluded from the RM1000 retail spending.

A bit more to go and I should be getting it in the next statement doh.gif

So, insurance via online payment is not eligible for RM60 rebate?
*
The insurance premium doesn't count towards the minimum RETAIL spend of RM1000 for the RM150 Online Application (Part 1 of the RM388 cash back)

Insurance Premium paid via Online channels get 6% cash back

I am glad to report that my request to set SMS alert to RM1 is successful and will take effect today. Yet to try it though   smile.gif Their new system is up and running.  thumbup.gif

I received the follow-up call around 4:45PM yesterday : All my transactions >RM1 will get SMS from 30 June 2014 onwards.

When I performed online transactions, I get the OTP SMS but not a SMS transaction alert upon completion of transaction (i.e. merchant page says OK).... is this normal for you as well ?
