Good. I am still waiting PBB to reply to my email. Maybe with your case, PBB will be more careful in their reply.
*
Let's see how they response to your request after I get feedback from PBB/BNM... Would BNM follow-up ?

Latest update for the SMS TRansaction Alert minimum threshold.
I've receive a call from their CS Manager this evening.
She mentions their system will be updated by end of June 2014 to support lower than current RM100 threshold.

We shall wait and see.... BNM really can move things around.

That is good. BNM has yet to respond to my email.

When I made a booking with AirAsia early this morning, I received OTP for the payment. However, I did not receive any SMS alert for the transaction itself.

Is this the same for other bank's credit card, that there will be no SMS if you already receive the OTP.
*
Possible.... no more SMS alert after you use OTP. Same with HLB WISE.

Compare this to HLB Wise:

PB Visa Signature
- min income 100k
- 6% on dining, grocery, online transaction
- 1 VIP point per RM spent.
- RM 60 cap
- Free lounge access with minimum 5 overseas transaction
- Free travel insurance
- 12 swipes for annual fee waiver

HLB Wise
- min income 36k
- 10% on 2 cat + mobile, min RM 50 x 10 times to be eligible for cashback.
- no cashback or points for others.
- RM 100 cap
- No lounge access.
- No travel insurance.
- no fee waiver.

Go with this or HLB wise?
*
Go for both just like ME

I just received a call from PBB telling me the same thing, but she cannot confirm it yet. What makes it interesting is that Bank Negara have not even responded to my email, so they are taking the initiative to inform me  thumbup.gif

Did the CS mention the June 2014 dateline to get it done ?

Actually why need to wait so long to change RM100 to RM1 in their system ? Even if it's hard-coded, just amend the number and re-compile. i.e. 1-hour programmer job.

Thanks to ronnie for the pbebank sign up guide. Otherwise I really not enough brain power to figure out to use their website.

Easily the worst website I have ever seen/used.

Now.. after login..I realize there's no line by line transactions.. or am I missing it and its hidden somewhere?
*
You have to select the drop-down for Unbilled Transactions after you click on the CC number for more details

I've also receive a Feedback Form from Public Bank to comment on their PBB Card Services. Very interesting indeed. At least PBB willing to listen to their customers.... There's also a free gift after you have submitted via Snail Mail (prepaid envelope)

There is a box on the form asking whether the applicant want to receive the PIN or not (1st page). Usually I will not tick, but since PIN is going to be implemented in 2015, I ticked it this time.
*
Oh ya.... I didn't tick on mine cause hate to get another PIN Mailer... if when bank implements the PIN system, they will send again smile.gif

Hi Ron,

I double checked with the PBCS in regard to eligibility of 6% rebate for online transactions. Here's their reply.

"Please be informed that you will enjoy the 6% rebate if it is a eCommerce transaction including bill payment/insurance (exclude transaction via www.pbebank.com).

Should you have further inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Representatives at 03 2176 8000 (24 hours) for assistance."

Kinda contradicting against the one you'd got from the CS previously.

I've updated Post #2 accordingly with your newly acquired information... Thanks.
