Guys, stupidly beginner here...I bought Gio Ibanez GRG170DX few weeks ago... just for fun...
the song that inspires me to ply guitar are Canon Rock by Funtwo..
I learned online through Justin Guitar..so far so good...
The problem is :
1) I noticed my guitar have similar sound for string E (thin), fret 19 & 20
2) also on E (thin) fret 12, the sound buzzing like its hitting fret 13.
3) and for the E (thick) most fret have buzzing sound.
I believe that the 'action' are too low. Just wonder if i can get away by adjusting neck. How is the easiest method to measure 0.3~0.5mm on the 8th fret (as in manual) .
Another thing is, how to practice my right hand (picking) to get it faster and accurate..
you don't adjust the neck, you adjust the bridge, go google the right way for your guitar. you need an allen key (which normally comes with the guitar) a metal ruler and i believe your strings were there since the dawn of men, fresh strings.
go slow then slowly build up speed, then again I'm no shredder lol
