Understandable.. even normal 6 strings guitars seems like niche hobby these days.

What happened to all the rockers? All married into boredomhood?? tongue.gif

rock and metal is dying, electric guitar playing is kinda a losing fad

interestingly jazz and acoustic is becoming the in thing these days

Yeah, definitely check out Davis, I went there 2 days ago to check out the Schecter KM-7 and found they have slightly more 7 string selections. Swee Lee on the other hand...not so many.

Hi guys, got any recommendations for guitar refret around PJ kl area? will be refretting my 13 year old strat. Also is it ok to just bring the neck only? because my guitar is in singapore and if possible would like to just bring the neck back to save the hassle of bring the whole thing back. Thanks smile.gif

sifu tham - https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/162736
but u need to give about 2-3weeks for it to be done cos lots of waiting lists.
and better with body, unless later u want the hassle of re-adjusting the body/neck angle.

Yeah, a bit similar to the last one which is alright, but I like the old ones better too.

Why not just do the refret in SG?

Sg refret quite expensive haha, think refret back here cheaper, thanks for the link will check the guy out thanks smile.gif

Edit: guys or should I just get a neck? My fender is only just a Mim afterall, know anywhere I can source for a Strat neck? Definitely going for flame or birdeye if I'm going to change a neck
