Agreed. Property is a long term investment, as long as u have money to invest, better invest in property rather than deposit in FD. Malaysia property is relatively cheap, there are plenty of ppl making 5 figures and above.
I would not agreed on this.It is personal choice, if someone is not well verse in property investment, property can burn their money as well.
Not every property is the same, some may buy a property that afterwards become half-way abandoned project.
Some do not know how to manage property investment properly etc.
If one doesn't know how to invest, FD is a better place to be.
There are property give poor return as well, property with grass growing, little people interested location, being scammed in property deal etc.
