QUOTE(Minecrafter @ May 11 2014, 12:50 PM) His work-rate is good too.. Yup Hendo. His link with Gerrard was the main reason why Suarez and Sturridge can score 20+ goals between them. Both Gerrard and Henderson has fantastic workrates, defend & attack, you name it. Such a drastic change for Henderson this season, couple of seasons ago when everyone labelled him as a flop, look at him now. I'm sure Hendo will get the spot instead of Tom. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « To me,300K is overkill lol..unless you're CR.. QUOTE(limjenson @ May 11 2014, 12:52 PM) Anyone thinks that their recent collapse was due to the suspension of Hendo? Sort of. But they have the qualities of Joe Allen, Coutinho, Lucas to minimize the damage. What surprises me is the loss form of Coutinho. At the beginning of the season he was really good, lately his head is not in place. Even their 'fans' are furious/calling for his head lol. Yes I stalk their thread once awhile I read in an article when he got his suspension that it may bring an impact to the team as his work for the team is immense. |

Pity Gerrard? No way. No sympathies for any Liverpool players. They deserved what they get. They were bragging the entire season but in the end, they ended the season EMPTY HANDED, while we got a Community Shield? Better than nothing. Yeah they can brag they qualified for UCL, after HOW MANY YEARS? Lol. Let's see how far they can go with Suarez on the verge of joining the Galaticos.
And yup, Shaw is confirmed for England's WC slot, should be second to Baines. Well done kiddo |

QUOTE(skyblu3 @ May 12 2014, 11:05 AM) Second that. Now they are self-remedying themselves by saying: Oh we did our best, our best season so far, proud of you Rodgers bla bla bla. Before this: Champions for sure! 19-20, one more to go, Liverpool Champions etc. I guess that statue of David Moyes is really special. |

Shaw for 27mil feels just right for me. The lad has a bright future ahead of him, he is playing as if he is having a handful of experience with him. Young, fast, strong, not afraid to make decisions. #apalagiumau?
His value will soar in future if he develops well. Plus, he's English |

QUOTE(three2wan @ May 12 2014, 07:47 PM) Another top manager will be available. Need you guys opinion bout dis manager. Will he be suit with man utd philosophy? Conte? Top? Lulz. sos cili mcd Top managers in my definition is the likes of Carlo Ancelotti, SAF, Marcello Lippi, Scolari or even Jurgen Klopp. Conte is only successful in the Serie A, a declining league while Juve flopped so badly in Europe over the years. |

QUOTE(three2wan @ May 12 2014, 08:02 PM) why he not top manager?he win serie a with juventus 3 years consecutive. Jurgen klopp also only success in bundesliga only. Jurgen Klopp lead Dortmund to the final last season, they managed to get to the Q-finals this season, facing Real Madrid. While Juventus? Cannot go past their group stage of Real Madrid, Galatasaray and FC Copenhagen. So yeah, Klopp > Conte for me. And Serie A is a declining league. |

Disgusted with the way of Rio's treatment. He's been here for 11/12 years, why didn't we give him a proper sending off if the board will not offer him a new contract? Where is the class in that?
I feel really sorry for Rio, after all he has contributed to the club, at least give him a proper sending off that he deserves. I wanted Rio to remain in the club, he has that special presence around him will defo help to develop Johnny Evans and Smalling..but now.. haih. |

Ed Woodward reveals Man United will lose over £30m for failing to qualify for Champions League as vice-chairman admits club's goal is to reach Europe next season
QUOTE Manchester United's absence from the Champions League next season will cost the club £30m, says the club's executive vice chairman Ed Woodward, though he insists it will not affect their transfer business. 'Due to the television deals, we estimate our loss of European football will cost us in the mid £30m. 'The club's expectations are to absolutely get back into the Champions League and you'll see it in the transfer market.' Speaking in a telephone conference he added: 'The 2013-14 season we finished a very disappointing seventh which means we will not play European football season. Be assured everyone at the club is working to ensure next season is to the top standards of Manchester United. 'We made a managerial change in April, we are very grateful to Ryan Giggs for holding the reins during the period and the exemplary manner he conducted the role. We are now focused on bringing in a manager and expect an announcement in due course.' United announced January-March revenues of £115.5m, up 26percent. The third quarter results show debt is down 4.3percent to £351.7m. Woodward said: 'Everyone at the Club is working hard to ensure the team is back challenging for the title and trophies next season.' Meanwhile, United have reported record revenues for the third quarter of the financial year which club chiefs say puts them in a good position to invest in the squad and challenge for the title next season. The Red Devils have reported revenues of £115.5million for the quarter, up 26 per cent, mainly due to rises in income from Premier League broadcasting money and sponsorship deals. The financial picture for United’s current season looks rosy - sponsorship income rose 43.5 per cent while United’s overall debt is down 4.3 per cent at £351.7million, while the cost of servicing that debt also fell - there was a £2.8million reduction in interest payable following refinancing in June last year. Broadcasting revenue for the third quarter was £35.6million, an increase of £13.9million or 64.1%, due to increased revenue from the Premier League. It will be this time next year however that the impact of not playing in the Champions League will be felt, though there will also be extra income from United’s huge Chevrolet sponsorship deal which comes on stream next season. Yadayadayada. Who's fault was it in the beginning? Endless pursuit of Cesc Fabregas, Thiago, Baines etc and ended up with a miserable Fellaini when we could've paid 21mil rather than 27mil for him. So if there is anyone to blame, I would blame Woodward too. Moyes is one thing, Woodward is another. |

Bale was seen as a flop in his early years for Spurs, they almost sold him for 3mil but the gaffer decided to give him one more chance. Imagine if they actually sold him for 3mil

QUOTE(damnself @ May 18 2014, 01:18 PM) But I want the UCL trophy the most donotwant.jpgAnyway on the other news, we are interested with Sagna? A day ago, Bacary Sagna was thought to be a shoo-in to move to Manchester City. But the deal won't be completed anytime soon if Manchester United have anything to say about it. Multiple newspapers are now reporting that the Red Devils are interested in bringing the French defender to Old Trafford. United could bring Sagna in to compete against Rafael, but the 31-year-old right-back isn't convinced he will leave Arsenal, saying, "I don't know. ... I've been talking with the club for a long time and we'll try to find a solution." http://m.espn.go.com/general/blogs/blogpos...hemove&id=17781 Sagna is 31. While our defend Vidic 32, Evra 33 and Rio 35. We are offloading our experience old-guard to be replace with 30+. I simply cannot brain as I think Vidic and Evra have much to offer. Rio can be offer pay as you play. Sedih la ini macam.. I trust Rafael on the right. We have Varela and Smalling (step-in) for RB already. I would like to see Rafael develop more as he is still young. |
