is SOHO handed over as i see one of the unit lighted up at night.
And anyone know when is the completion for entire project?

I don't think so bro. They will give us the key by end of this month and then we need to return the key to them after our inspection so that they can proceed with the installation of those freebies... this is what the reception told us when we call to inquire.

I wonder how much we can sell for the 565 sqft unit now.

any new updated pictures for soho? i notice late last week that they have planted or put potted tress on the landscape level and in between the unit level

When u think our soho will be delivered vp to us ?

Since our current house is nearby, we will go check it out the progress quite often. And feel excited to move. But for the past 2months progress for the court and centrina are quite slow. Any the court buyer would know why?

My SnP for SOHO was signed 10/02/2012. So it is 8 months delayed now. Do you guys think there will be any compensation?

Based on your SPA which stated that if the developer unable to furnish us within 36 months from your SPA, the developer need to pay 10% P.A of the purchase price as LAD to compensate the unit owner and 10% on the last 20% of the purchase price for the delay of common facilities.

The LAD is being issued and paid by cheque. ... Be patient ya. ..... and vp letter had been sent out to the owners dy.... Cheers. ...

Guys , a receive a letter from Yuk Tung saying the unit Is ready And need to pay the mischelenous payment about 2.9K . cCC already given out to soho. My worry Is who the heck want to rent out my unit since another 2 Block Is still In under construction. Headache already. Dont know how much i can rent out for my unit. Since the Project Is delay ,should i ask Yuk Tung for the compesation Or they actualy going to Deduct from the maintenance monthly fee
