if MAS bankrupt, maybe will indirect help AA or AAX?  hmm.gif ... maybe only local route for AA.

If MAS went bust then yes. If MAS only apply for bankruptcy protection, the game goes on.

I still don't quite get the psychology behind the huge buying of MAS. Because of the low price? With such FA (or you don't even need FA to know that MAS is having problems. Look at the newspaper is more than enough), yet people are buying it. tongue.gif The volume is sky rocket yo~

Ok, lai paper trading. I bought at 0.155 x 100 lots = RM1,550. Sell it now at 0.175 x 100 lots = RM1,750. Yeah~ RM200~ (punt/bet/gamble)

Or even bigger volume.

Which means, people don't look at the biz behind the company at all? Look at the figure of the net income. shocking.gif

Anyone wants to clear my doubt? Don't whack me lahhh.. whistling.gif whistling.gif

Stocks don't follow fundamentals all the time.
Some completely don't.

I understand that some are depending solely on charts. Hence the totally different schools, FA/TA.

But but, the chart looks bad for me. whistling.gif

that's 16.7 billion.

Today's trading volume now is ONLY 108,178,600

which is not a lot.

count the percentage, ie traded volume divided by total shares.....

is that a lot? rolleyes.gif

Not a lot if compared to the share issued, however, judging from the poor performance and so, why are still people trading it? to bet? tongue.gif

When they don't look at fundamentals, when they don't look at the chart. What? Price? tongue.gif

errr ..... hmm.gif

So you know very well despite the 'apparent' huge volume traded, it's actually nothing.
The traded volume is really NO big deal.

That is one thing you really need to know.

Second. You cannot know everything.
Unless of course, you want to be a 2nd Auntie and continue to insist.

laugh.gif

Third. Traded volume do not necessary have to coincide with fundamentals at all.
Look at VIS the other day.
Stock was way out of fundamentals.
Clearly maniupulated.
But why when limit down the second time, the volume was so huge?
why?
Is it the birds or the bees?

Fourth. Charts and fundamentals do not correlate many times.
A rising stock chart DOES NOT have to be backed by strong fundamentals.
Good example? AirAsia.
If anyone knows half a bit of fundamentals, the results were damning.
LOL! And yet, look at the stock.

Fifth. People like to trade/punt based on wild theories.
LOL!
It's their theory, its their trade, its their money.
Don't give ah?
LOL!

My friend is not here to do whacking.
So you better not start your whacking shit and stop being like a he-girl.
LOL!

er... first, I don't think I will buy MAS, too risky.. but some people can accept risk like this, and some listen to ppl, some hardworking kfc and mcd, then normally the losers are those ignorant... i feel no happy or sad, but if all are winners, then winners win who? if there's no loser tongue.gif laugh.gif

Sometimes people also have appetite for risk.

What goes up must come down, and vice versa. If you see a stock beaten up, there is also chance to a relief rebound. I think thats what people are hoping for. Besides there's additional sentimental like MAS being a national image which will be bailout no matter what, which boost buyer's confidence.

Tun masuk Proton because Proton want funds from Goverment. Using his power to achieve the goal. Once MAS bailout, Proton will follow suit.
