RE? I am not optimistic either. That's just me. My risk assessment of the business might probably be too conservative. |

As it good as it is, it only still trades around 11x PE. Rather unjustifiable, some might argue, given its spectacular growth.... However, just like Ah Fit Fit.... the bulk of the profit came from its property division...  Same same with Ah Fit Fit, yes? No matter how good the numbers, the stock can't trade on a higher PE valuation....  But some don't care cause for them, the stock is a darling....     |

Speaking of one-off profit/unjustified profit like Scientix/Fitters,
MPHBCAP fits the bill too right? I'm trying to use FA on it, saw a surge in profit then found out is in their property investment or something. How, my FA passable or not? LOL |
