Knowing fundamentals do help.
Check out the balance sheet and then compare it to the traded price then, then add in the happenings in the chart.

Sometimes I do post few ideas up for discussion but many times i get no feedback.

for me, if I am really interested...
in such a case...
I would wait and see first....
therefor... I would not use a pre-determined price to start hunting....
