bro, if you know someone who is good at nickel plating, i suggest re-plate it. im just worried about the nickel debris will go to your rad and black the loop. just my opinion bro, lets wait for suggestion of sifu. smile.gif

the pins are used to transfer heat from liquid right? the one that holds the water is the tubular line that comes from top to bottom of the rad? right?
