guys, need your advice. i want to redo my loop, but problem is, i'm worried the temps might not improve. currently 41/43c on idle, i'm beginning to think the cm jetflos are not good for the ex360 rad. should i change fans? pic below is me holding up a card above my rad (running push config only), and the card raised for about 3cm in height max, is that good or bad?

i dont know how else to measure airflow tongue.gif

bro have you tried the pull config? air from outside of the case. for me, i can see that you're using the air from inside the case which is already hot. try changing your config first before spending more $$$. smile.gif and let us know if there is any difference. IMHO, jet flow is a nice fan. flex.gif
for my WC set up. with my previous rig, having same pump with 2 gpu.. pump, cpu, 120rad, gpu, gpu, 240rad, big res. temp for idle is no more than 30deg. (stock speed)
some says, rad between cpu and gpu does not do much, for me, who cares la, i also want aesthetics. brows.gif
not sure if this will help. smile.gif tongue.gif

260? You mean 280mm. Haha.

Kintsuchi you'll be better off with a 750D or 760T. smile.gif

Hi, i'm using CM690 II. Anyone can confirm whether i can fit a EX240 radiator in front of the case with all the HDD cage remove ?

I know CM690 III can do this, but how about CM690 II ?

Going to start work assembling my WC rig soon. Do I need a mount for a DDC pump? Planning to screw the pump at the bottom of my case where there's screw holes for 80/92/120mm fans.

i suggest use a dampener to minimize vibration.

Not sure about space, gotta check that later if it fits. Everything's gonna be insanely tight

just use a simple rubber or foam. to reduce vibration. biggrin.gif

i still like to keep the case despite its shortcomings, but i managed to push all the wiring behind and that left quite some space in the middle.
im planning to just get a kit and be done with it, no time to fully focus making the rig nice as long as it performs as advertised tongue.gif

btw planning to get a RayStorm 750 EX240 kit, but theres also a D5 version, any difference between the 750 and d5 pump? cant judge by the pics...
in terms of temps, does the pump play a large role as compared with the rad? if anyone happen to own this 2 pls provide feedback thanks  notworthy.gif

afaik, pump is the heart of liquid cooling. always get good pump. for the res. res is the lungs of liquid cooling.. tongue.gif

Yeah, but have you added shipping and taxes yet? hahaha. Might be safer and easier to buy it locally.
On other news, my stupid room is so hot it's keeping my 4770K at 60C on idle. Lucky gonna WC it soon.  sweat.gif  sweat.gif
