halal certified, or no pork no lard but serve arak also ok?

Source ingredients e.g. beef got halal certificate from supplier. But which fine dining western restaurant doesn't serve wine?

western fine dining can say almost all restoran won't have halal cert becos they serve arak

in the first place, all these fancy restaurants will cook their meats with wine... enough said?

this is why i always say malays are mostly katak bawah tempurung.... even if you dont get the chance to try, at least watch some tv... learn how they cook... and if you are too lazy or dont understand english... see my reply above.... and yes although they dont add wine in all their dishes but i know very well they dont change their skillets...

Pork-free and halal certified beef and chicken can easily find. Whether the shop has a halal certificate or not go find yourself lol.

I was referring to the one at Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman. Never going back again. And obviously not gonna try the new outlets.

Same like TGI Friday.. the meat is Halal but the sauce is made from Jack Daniel. Do Malaysian muslims care? You can see tonnes of them there everyday not giving a fucuk and having steaks there

It has its own unique charms.

The new outlet at Jaya 33 has a nicer environment.

Haven't tried yet, but I rather go to the old one anyway.

The majority of middle-higher income Muslim diners who spend at above-averaged priced places don't care.

Can't say the same for the majority of Muslims in Malaysia. They're more staunch.
