Not familiar with fancy restaurants in KL, can you guys help me :3 Need place with good food & ambience. Price tak kisah, but I hope you can give rough estimation along with your suggestions. Thanks :3

For brother, western. For boyfriend tak kisah. (I'm not gay, just doing a favor for a friend)

Forgot one more important thing, must be halal

I heard Prime is the best place for steaks, and Marinis ambience is super cool. My concern is about halalness.

Pick a restaurant, and when you call to make a reservation just ask if they have the Halal certificate.

Well I guess they can't be certified halal as they serve alcoholic beverages. But the food usually are.
