Not anymore, Celcom has been transfered to TMI (TM International).
TMI before this is subsdiary of TM itself, but they has demerger and become two separate company, so TM and TMI now is no longer affiliate each other. the company transition process complete early 2008 if im not mistaken..
TM take TMnet, VADS, KLTower, MMU and other local company, internet business, etc..
TMI take Celcom, and continue to handle their other mobile operator at 10 other countries. TMI want to become pure mobile operator like Vodafone.
but, basically Khazanah Nasional still main share holder for both TM and TMI company.
wether you aware or not, there is "A TM Company" slogan/trademark on old celcom logo, but on new celcom logo there is no such slogan/trademark anymore.
