do you guys think celcom offer free credit when reload during this coming raya haji? i start to save my money now to purchase another reload this raya haji.. hehe

last raya puasa, got rm20 free airtime.. then depavali got another rm20.. and now waiting until this raya hari for another rm20 (hopefully).. total rm60 free airtime (in three months), can you get it with other telco? lol..

*raya haji last year (2007) i've got rm50 extra credit after reloading rm100..

but i can see 'unbilled ammount' on WSC online billing.. here is the screenshot.



however im not sure if its reflect the actuall unbilled ammount or not..

you must be confuesed with comitment fee and access fee.. CEP50 is comitment fee based plan, while CEP20 is access fee based plan..

with CEP50, rm50 is deducted to your total usage.. while CEP20, rm20 is totally access fee, any ammount of usage will be charged separately..

as far as i know, it cannot be done.. Prepaid can upgrade to Postpaid, but postpaid cannot downgrade to prepaid.. however you can port your number to maxis/digi/umobile then switch back to celcom prepaid.. they tried to fool us with those unfair policy and rules, so let fool them back with MNP lol

if you want to pay cash, u can pay either at any Celcom Branches, Celcom BlueCube outlet, Celcom Point, TM Point, or post office also can maa..

i pay at Celcom Branches, Celcom BlueCube, and Celcom Point before this, no need to bring hard copy bill statement, dont even need to remember the account number.. just tell them your phone number..

however im not sure if pay at other places such as post office or TM Point, need to bring bill or not..

but i still prefer online banking and credit card payment.. easier and fast.. hassle free.

yup, i tried mobile banking once before.. there're some java program need to be installed in my handphone, wherever i need to do banking just using the interface provided.. recently i accidentally uninstalled the software, so i need to re-register mobile bankin to download a new one again..

but im not really need mobile banking since i can still open maybank2u or cimbclicks using my phone browser.. nowadays everything is mobile

and if you pay more bills online, you got some reward points (ie maybank2u).. hehe.. so just collect as many bill as u can to pay online lol..

i tried yesterday, but to check my bills only.. didn't spoke to the officier (too shy to talk face to face lol), only listen to the computer voice.. very nice, the menu (press 1 to check bill, 2 to bla bla bla) appear on the screen, and i can see my bill appear on the screen..

maybe u guys should try make video call to 1111 too..

how long is that? i think celcom already recycle your number...

i thought last monday (raya haji) we can get bonus as usual.. but unfortunately not this time .. expected next bonus day is on this christmas.. however please keep up to date by checking their website or local newspaper to get latest info (dont forget to share with us the info lol )

if im not mistaken, celcom already discontinued that services due to many people abuse it

if your simcard is 3g ready.. then you should automatically enjoy hsdpa service too (withing hsdpa coverage)..

any new celcom postpaid registration must pay advance one month.. (only applicable to the first bill).. its normal..

you can't add normal xpax into your 8pax because of you already enjoy 1sen sms and 15sen call to all celcom number

for the special rate 10sen call and a half sen sms is just another special rates to comunicate among your friends (who are also using uox/sox)..

blue is cheaper if u made off-net call.. still at flat rates 45sen/min.

compare to xpax off-net call:
- if same region, rm0.45
- adjacent, rm1.40
- non-adjacent, rm2.60

but for on-net call, xpax is cheaper.. 38 (or 35?) sen/minute, flat one country one rate...

no strategy.. they just one to create one simple plan with flat rates.. they do not reduce the price since they want to maximise margin profit. and they won't sacrifice their profit margin to gain market share (that is what i read somewhere in busines magazine/newspaper)

digi profit margin decrease (although the revenue increase), reported in their 3rd quater 2008. compare to celcom which succesfully mantain thair profit margin and at the same time increasing their revenue. they're looking from business perspective, i know some people said celcom don't know how to make business, but suprisingly they're the only operator in malaysia with 10 consecutives quarter with increased revenue.. and they still continuing that momentum.. and so far digi and maxis still can't break that record. celcom also still leading in corporate segments with their powertools package. and recently, they manage to become no 1 in broadband segment..

and celcom still manage to increase their subsribers by 23%, to 8.25milions subsribers by 3rd quarter 2008. i believe most of the new subsribers come from uox/sox segments..

we as the consumers have view from other perspective. usually we'll think that no 1 operator with most subsribers is the most succesfull operator. but in reality, the business is different.

you're 2 years younger than me, but your expiry date 3 years later than me.. when is your birthday? is it on december? if your birthday on december, then your expiry date might be on january (next following year)..

because my expiry date is few weeks after my birtday, not exactly on my birthday..
