I met with the gentlement called Steven and he told me that there is only 11 units left. I stayed at putra heights for almost 10 years and have see how this project progressed from an abandon status to a completed one. So below are my personal point of view
Plus points
a) It's freehold and LRT is walking distance away. Easy to access to LDP and Elite highway
b) The shoplots around the vicinity areas have improved i.e. more F&B outlets and some of the units are renovating.
c) Around the vicinity there are not many other condominium arounds for rental competition though there are lots of units within Main Place. The nearest condo is Rhythm avenue usj 19 ( I guessed) unlike in USJ 1, Cyberjaya, Old Klang Road where there are several condos (old and new) within each of other
d) Main Place has managed to attract some good retail outlets. Convenient for whoever stayed there.
Cons
1) Previously it was an abandoned project and may have some stigma attached to it
2) Car park is limited but if you have $$$, can purchase additional unit
3) The design is just ok and can't really compare to some of the better and newer design of other condo i.e. psf of these are higher though
Since the main place condo is completed, you have the opportunity to view the potential unit as it condition. From there, u can have a feel of the unit and can make a better judgement call.
