I'm also aware that two of the signs have come to pass and all that waits is the fruit. However too many folks keep speculating that it is right now with all the list of how it's going to happen. Puts a lot of fear into people . I've read one that go into so much detail. Saying Europe will be the centre of Antichrist base and not America, down to how many decades from the time he wrote it. Now we have folks saying it's Russia. Alamak how to know all these?

For all we know, Israel have Jerusalem now but Satan orchestrates a small victory with political hoo hah. 'Lose' Jerusalem by others turning it into occupied territory for a while. And then later on God take back the city. Nothing is broken, nothing is 'upcar'. In the end God still keeps his promise and wins. That should be the point.

And mana tahu suddenly new dictatorship cuts Russia into two. Or Mexican cartels take over south of America. Or America absorbs Mexico. Or China get another revolution and turn into 3 part democratic pieces ruled by robots. Ok the robot part isn't likely but it's still not the China we know today.

Not to mention there's a huge roadblock in South America. NGOs preventing missionaries from going to uncontacted tribes and minister there because of 'humanitarian reasons'. Ignorance is more important than God's Word, yeah. Right. /rolleyes
They stop outsiders because our common flu turn into full blown pneumonia really fast. Can wipe out whole communities by just breathing the air around the city people. To make these worse infection is 100%

Then there's terrible infighting. Not philosophically but in the heart. Work for God is bogged down by heavy politicking among a lot of church leaders. My family worked with big established groups and aduih... sometimes fight until things cannot jalan.

Point is this: Yes the signs are there but stop telling people it's the end of the world with time date and everything . I cannot tahan people who keep fearmongering believers with all sorts of 'revelation'. Say it'll be 'this', it'll be 'that', and it'll be 'this place' and 'this era'.

Didn't Jesus say he also dunno when is the exact time? Where are they getting all these so-called revelations? >_<

It's worse to be so occupied about the end of the world that we neglect our immediate work of love. World going to end statements are not going to help anyone. Make us look like orang gila only.

Big argument about salvation. I can't follow it after a while but I think he believe God only selects the 'right' people or something. Salvation is difficult, or we have to sanctify with our own efforts.

It's kinda like, calvanism plus legalism plus i dunno can't follow anymore...

The example I remembered was, does God love ISIS members enough? Does He want to reach them too? That's why there are Jonah pallerals.

Ah for me, mana boleh tolong he's in South Africa. Or was, since he passed away.

Appears to be quite common. My grandfather died 8 years ago also because of colon cancer. Grandma didn't though. She had a blood clot instead.
