Zicco. In that case if you are not PR,you might get tax at 15% flat rate in SG for your income if you didn't manage to fulfill the 183 days resident in SG.

I have tried to look at the jobstreet and see those experience, expected salary, and education level by the applicants.
I just see quite some with like 8 years only putting expectation like $2500-$3000 only.Making me think it is too competitive in the  IT field in Singapore because I am expecting $3500 or more lo.

As long as you stay PR, you don't need to give up your M'sia license. You only give it up once you convert into S'pore citizen. However, Singapore driving license is an international license with no expiry. So, you never have to renew.

- Any holder who has obtained the Singaporean driving licence will have his Malaysian driving licence revoked by virtue of Section 29(b) of the Road Traffic Act 1987.

- If the holder's residence/work duration/contract has expired in Singapore, he can apply for a Malaysian competent driving licence by using a confirmation letter issued by the relevant authority in Singapore.

- While holding a Singapore driving licence, the licence holder can drive any Malaysia vehicles registered in Malaysia or Singapore.
