You are only allowed to drive in Singapore using a Foreign License for the first year you are here.

According to law, you are NOT allowed to hold Singapore and Malaysia license simultaneously

SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR SINGAPOREAN DRIVING LICENCE
- Any holder who has obtained the Singaporean driving licence will have his Malaysian driving licence revoked by virtue of Section 29(b) of the Road Traffic Act 1987.
- If the holder's residence/work duration/contract has expired in Singapore, he can apply for a Malaysian competent driving licence by using a confirmation letter issued by the relevant authority in Singapore.
- While holding a Singapore driving licence, the licence holder can drive any Malaysia vehicles registered in Malaysia or Singapore.
