Sa,kps tats the exact road i took, even than as u said approx 45 minutes without jam, now imagine if u woking at kl...anyway the place reaaly confusing and first impressions not gud like a poster said..and u know wat, when time to go back, either ( if frum kajang 2 side) u go through the town or u follow the misleading tolled highway signboards, which makes u travel 2-3 x further example to sg long...for outsiders reaallly not gud

Oh, you follow the route but miss the junction enter to Jalan Reko? I have some friends staying in kajang and working in KL, so far seems okay. Just being told Jam near KL area is become worse now.

Perhaps you just new to kajang, that's why feel lost.. I been to Putrajaya many times too, but sometime also will lost too, and take a big round to turn back. 

hi there.. it is still far ahead.. getting used to travelling does not mean it is near... older you get, the more fed you feel..

and per trip stuck 2 hours at least.. per day stuck minimum 4 hours a day.. life just burned like that... in traffic jams..

Putrajaya is twilight zone for new comers. U come in, but hard to get out 

BBW, heard that you stay in Miharja and jam two hours on working day as well woh.. Why not move to the condominium that within walking distance to KLCC then?

I personally think traffic jams is not an issue. As long u live near a city, u are bound to face bad traffic n I think it no longer be a major influence in property price. What I like about kajang is that, we have so many options going there. Unlike sg besi, cheras, serdang, puchong which are famous for bad traffic during peak hours which ur choice of roads n transport are limited. Kajang, u have mrt, komuter, bus n many choice of highways n inner roads connected to it.

My concern with kajang/semenyih is the jln semenyih road. The long stretch road that connects kajang to semenyih n continue to beranang. Worried how all these development will give impact to that road that is almost reaching it's limit. My other concern is the number of foreigners staying there. Just hope once property price goes up over there, these foreigners will choose other places.

That's why SEH is building Lekas link, EM and SEH 2 will have its interchange to LEKAS as well, in order to ease the traffic along Jalan Semenyih. After Lekas, it can direct you to Silk which enable you to commute to other places.

I am still waiting the confirmation about the linking road of Jalan Semenyih to Jalan Bangi Lama. If it is confirmed, that's mean Semenyih will be connected to NSE highway as well, alternative route to KL.. 

Connect from where? I thought already exist, from jln semenyih enter pekan semenyih there got road to jln bangi lama. From there go into bukit mahkota . Enter nse from there. But that road sometimes jam wooo

Wahh.,, then thats good news. I think its bcoz they can no longer widen jln semenyih, they connect many other alternative roads there. Very good

there wont be new toll for SEH..
SEH will link towards north to join the existing toll exist..

if u ask sps, they will tell u no such new toll exit just for SEH..

Me not frum Kajang, everytime me went there m.e really hate the place becoz it looks like mess with many old dilapated shpoffices, even the neweer one at Kajang 2 really eyesore, and its really confusing place...coming frum IOI puchong side via Putajaya, its damn far especially kajang 2...

I've no problem with SP building the interchange at SEH to LEKAS. I love the SEH project, I like the concept. I agree that buying projects like SEH is not just buying a house, but buying a package. I did say I agree that it is very responsible to build the interchange.

I'm just a bit frustrated that nowdays we can't go very far without having to use highways with tolls. Why not like MRR2? Long stretch but no toll plaza.
Or LDP from Sunway to Damansara. Again, long stretch, no toll plaza.
Silk from Kajang/Bangi to Putrajaya also like that ma.
Besraya only 1 toll at Sg Besi, not that expensive. Can still consider reasonable.

About LEKAS, you have to either go to SILK (2 tolls) to reach Putrajaya or have to go through Kajang and Saujana Impian to avoid the tolls, ie long congestions before reaching SILK.
