with the current Kajang town traffic capacity, it would just worsen the traffic. Sure hope they at least upgrade the roads in kajang town to accomodate the coming properties...

UniVillage @ Semenyih, in front of University of Nottingham. This one is hot, I believe sold out already.

737 at Tmn Kop. Cuepacs.....add De Centrum between KLIUC n Uniten.....interested to see how all these developments will turn out as well...especially with IOI City Mall within 10-15 mins drive from Kajang....

Surprisingly, in less than a week, Saville @ Kajang first block almost fully taken up. Without any advertisement. Condo and service apartment will be the future trend of Kajang.

probably u can amend for each project what they offer i.e. Kajang2 - Township (commercial, dsl, semi-d), TTDI Grove (dsl), Saville (condo/soho), D'Prestij (semi-D/bungalows) etc

I bought TTDI Grove....

but in kajang...the road very sempit...so many developement, but no development on the road...imagine in another years to come...

Aiyaya kajang sooo many developments... Macam sudah over.... Will it turn perut?

There will be more to come... Even nilai / Pajam area also start getting hot now.

Green lands are slow disappearing.....act quick if your finance permits....

I like this thread very much, it's hotspot of Kajang, but first 3 projects are from Semenyih...

Bro sour pisang sure disagree, as he would say Semenyih is so far from Kajang, especially from Bukit Jade...

Ya, Bangi, Semenyih, Beranang, sungai long all considered as Kajang vicinity. Even I think Balakong as well if not mistaken. Under MPKj right?

Yeah, MPKJ covers quite substantial of area, even Cheras...

"Majlis Perbandaran Kajang mempunyai kawasan pentadbiran seluas 78,761 hektar(787.61 km persegi). Ia merangkumi keseluruhan Daerah Hulu Langat iaitu Mukim Kajang, Cheras, Semenyih, Beranang, Hulu, Langat dan Hulu Semenyih kecuali Mukim Ampang"..

n most of these projects complete at the same time 2016-2017. Wonder if the infra there can cope with these developments

That's why it is important for the developer not only build houses, but along with the infra as well...

Let's hope one day Cheras/Kajang/Bangi/Semenyih can achieve the development as in PJ/Subang/Kota Kemuning/Puchong today....
