Timbalan Pengarah Pejabat PDNKK Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Mohamad Mokhtar Yeop said the investigation of YSLM still in progress. He added domestic trade division prosecutor need to gather more evidence before prosecution the case. He said the progress of investigation was slow because YSLM is a complex case. he added the investigation of this case was slow because YSLM members didnt provide cooperation and none of the YSLM members go to lodge a complaint at KDPNKK for being cheated by this company. KPDNKK Sec gen Datuk Alias Ahmad stress that YSLM is a illegal company but it cooperate with a local company to do a pyramid scheme style direct sales activites. He said YSLM is a empty shell company that doesn’t exist, because of that, SSM didn’t have detail about the company directors or shareholders, anyone can cliam to be that company shareholders. He added authority already getting statement from YSLM workers to understand their operation. At the same time authrity also sent a showcause letter to the local company.
