Never tell them you buy already used diablo account, character farming is illegal and they can ban you !!!

my EXP:

I wrote an online form, post to blizzard support team, mentioning that i ask someone to buy Diablo for me and he helped me to set up a battle.net account

blizzard told me the battle.net account has been active for several years (opps, i sweat a bit)
blizzard team doesn't offer direct help, instead they gave me a form, telling me that if i were to take an account from my guardian, i need to provide both our IC and send to them digitally
Of course that wasn't my case, but i took that as a HINT, using the excuse they provide and give them my full detail plus the original owner's
(although if really look into IC, i am 10 years older than my "Guardian", opps... sweat again)

the pdf form i fill was provided by blizzard.

and then.... they unlocked the account, and i quickly bind the account using my mobile authenticator.
i admit i am very lucky in this case, at that time Diablo 3 majority still stuck in Inferno Act 2.

i also receive a link from blizzard asking me to fill the form in the link and attached an i/c copy n send to them.

i dont think i can do what u did. so the form is suppose to fill with seller's info n not mine rite?

then do i create another ticket or i just reply the mail blizzard sent me with the attachments?

have you tried calling their line? it's toll free

if you are paraniod of phone bill getting charged by calling the number, try dialing with skype, either in you mac/pc, psv or psp. i did that twice when my fwen's WoW account got haxxed, but seems like they require me to provide answers for secret questions and serial key.

I print out and fill in the form given by blizzard including his signature signed by my colleague,
and then, also take photo of the filled form, send to blizzard through their website.

FRUSTRATING!! the seller is good enough to provide his ic n fill the form. I sent to blizzard n they replied saying the registered id name is different from the id i provide. OMG ... totally dun understand what they still want.

is it because seller registered with an christian name but not in ic so blizzard say not same?

i only put real name if it involves billing info like Steam or Paypal. never thought about this
