i wanted to upgrade to 1Mb combo package with modem from 512Kb package with modem.Do i entitled to get the free modem when i upgrade to the combo package.

u wont get a new modem. only the speed upgraded. new modem only for upgrading to 2mb or 4mb package.

Foreigner will getting addinional of RM1000 for Fixed Line deposit. If u looking for saving that deposit, find ur friendn/housemate that have Malaysia IC.

Note:
Malaysian IC : RM75 - Deposit for New Fixed Line.
Foreigner/Passport : RM1075 - Deposit For New Fixed Line.
Total amount will bill/charge into ur 1st month bill after ur line has been Activate.

so how much do i hav to pay if my msian friend signs up? only rm 75 for set up thats it?

rm75 deposit (refund when u terminated) + rm10 stamp duty. thats for fixed line only.

for streamyx, another rm75 for activation.

hi there, i've got my fixed line ready n i would like to apply for the 1mbps combo. green avenue condo in bukit jalil. any agents can offer?

Also, i've applied thru tm point in july n they cancelled my application without informing me.
When I called they say it was coz there r no available ports. Shouldn't the application be on pending for the next available port then?
Anyway I would like a fresh new application now as they have cancelled the previous one.

top up RM10 to get internet anytime anywhere right?
i m using RM88 per/month 1mb package...using the blue color modem.

yes, u can ask it here.
and the answer is no. not usb modem but only wireless modem.
dont get confuse with 3g mobile broadband like celcom/maxis/digi/izzi/u-mobile.
this extra rm10, u will get:
1) wireless adsl modem (rather than wired adsl modem now),
2) unlimited access streamyx zone (previously called as streamyx hotspot, which cost u rm28 per month for unlimited access), and
3) i-talk buddy account.

Streamyx Combo Goes Mobile is valid for RESIDENTIAL and for NEW & EXISTING COMBO customers. Only available in Klang Valley until further notice.

the wireless modem is free?
how can i apply for it ?
that mean RM88 + RM10 right?

no no no.

this rm10 is for combo only. rm88 package cannot. rm88 is 1mb package without combo.
u need to upgrade your rm88 to combo, which is rm110 per month. so your home fixed line fee rm26 will be waived.

then add rm10 and it will be rm120 per month.
the internet speed remain same, 1mb, and sharing by all the computer connected to the wifi modem.
by default, ur home pc and another pc will get 512kb per pc.
