how can i apply for it ?

how to check my line can support 4mb anot?
i plan to upgrade 1mb to 4mb because share the internet with 3 pc.
i worry after i upgrade,and then my line cannot support 4mb.
then that is useless for upgrade.

can i share the 4mbps like this :
512kpbs notebook
175 mbps desktop pc
175 mbps desktop pc
tota:4mbps

and now i using streamyx modem + router
laptop use wireless.
so another desktop pc need wat to get the connection?
