I've with my HyppTV package for >24 months now and would like to terminate it (rarely use it). However, the call center refuse to help and insist I need to bring the account owner to TMPoint to do the termination. Due to some personal reason I'm not able to get the owner (my father) to visit TMPoint with me, is there any way I can do the termination without the owner? Or any agents out there able to help?

Want to upgrade my existing streamyx from 1mb to 4mb/8mb. Already call TM check about the port and status last week, they said my line can support the upgrade and will send a technician to my house in a week time. But there's still no news until today. Any agent can help? Thanks.

Went to TM, they said my area dont have fiber connection.

I told them I would like Streamyx 8mb but the TM guy told me only support 2mb, i feel like they lazy wanna layan me
