Uhm, EC1-A and EC2-A IS NOT in Malaysia yet, officially.

Take note that extremegear is only selling the original EC1, EC2 and the eVo versions. They are NOT the same as the new -A series. Different sensors, different scroll wheel, different coating, different sizes.

No.
The Castor is even more difficult to get, even if you try to import from Amazon it'll be out of stock most of the time. Best bet is to get from Mionix site directly, but shipping cost is a bomb.

I cannot suggest the FK2 anymore. Zowie did not fix the click latency issue, even until today. The whole reason why they made ZA is to move away from the FK series entirely.

mionix site total damage €81 = FOC Sargas 320 + 10% coupon + Castor while massdrop $65

cons; *personal*
click latency 11 ms
white led bug showing purplish pink
easily accumulate dust on thumb grip rubberized
2 yrs warranty for Euro only + FOC any faulty products

zowie rarely update their firmware but they provided extra mouse feet.

Zowie's mousefeet are pretty much crap though. Just way too thin.
The LED "bug" is not a bug, it's always been there. I have the Naos and Avior 7000, both shows magenta when set to white. Mionix does not have a full RGB controller in their mice, never did.

It's not the material. It's that they had to cut cost on every corner except for the mouse itself in order to price it low. Razer, SS, Logitech, Mionix, and even Roccat spends like 20-30% of their R&D budget just for packaging materials. Zowie cut all of that out, look at their packaging lol... just a simple white box!

Thus the cheap mouse feets. I've nevertheless switched them to Hyperglides and omg, the difference is stunning! Even a much cheaper Tiger Gaming mousefeet replacement (0.5mm) provides an improvement!

There are 3310 mices in Malaysia. Like already explained, Zowie ZA series uses them. They can be bought from extremegear.

Other mices that uses 3310:

Steelseries Rival
Roccat Kone Pure Military
Corsair M45
Mionix Avior/Naos 7000 (though this is harder to get)

Not all 3310 performs the same. Firmware of a mouse matters too. The reason why Mionix couldn't get their Naos/Avior 7000 to be as good as it can be on a 3310 is because their firmware wasn't quite right, at least not on launch. About a year later and a few firmware releases, things has improved but I still think the Zowie ZA is a little bit better. The difference isn't huge depending on your sensitivity, but there is a difference indeed.

Only the 8000 series uses laser, which is terrible. Not good at all.

hello guys,

hope coming to the right place to ask..

Can suggest an affordable gaming mouse, comfy for big palm grip type:-

Budget : RM150 below
Usage : FPS gaming, casual work
Material : prefer normal plastic
Buttons: prefer simple buttons only

currently using gigabyte m6980x but the rubber grip is easily catching dust and not comfortable while using it..

other than the notorious 'double click' there is nothing wrong with it. Ergonomic wise in my view it is the best .

logitech G402 or G400S. Basically a successor to the previous G400 series.
