Too many people complain about the button rubbing issues and PCB shifting when plugging in the cable. Everyone harps on the same thing, this shouldn't be happening to a $150 mouse... blah blah blah.

Guess logitech decided to just halt the product once and for all.

I just received the G304/305 few days ago and I'm not really liking it.

The 304 design although suits the size of my hand better is less comfortable than the G602. The convex shape of the left and right side of the mouse is weird (curving outwards as opposed to inwards) and I realized I am pampered by the thumb rest area of the G602. Also, the G602's curvature (G304 is much more flat)allows me to palm grip the mouse more (and rest my hand on the mouse more) whereas I have to fingertip/claw grip the G304 instead.

The clicks are really stiff and loud and I don't like the material of the surface.

Might return this and go for the G Pro Wireless or the G903.

i like the crispy and small travel distance clicks, i was previously using g502, g502 microswitches feels less clicky. i miss the thumb rest of g502 as well.. but at the same time i hated it because of the rubberized surface. i guess i hated rubberized surface a lot more than i like the thumb rest, the extreme lightweight actually makes it kind compensated for its lack of thumb rest/ergonomic shape. it took me about 2~3 days to get use to it. since then i am converted.

for me, the lightweight is pretty much unbeatable (managed to reduce the weight to mere 85g by using AAA nimh battery) probly could reduce it further with 1.5v AAA lithium battery to about 80g.

Agree on the small travel distance. The smaller travel distance can cause joint pain especially if you constantly click a lot, like in dota 2, where I had some minor discomfort.

I used to have issues with rubber surfaces due to sweat wearing them off. The G602 did well though.

I'll be returning the G304 this week. It's a great mouse no doubt, it's just my personal preference on the shape and design.

Fail launch anyways.

Now there are new reports with dead LMB/RMB switches just after 1 month of usage.
We might actually have dodged a bullet here.

Looks good but damn the weight is 120g! That's like 50% heavier than the G pro Wireless!

121g is a deal breaker for FPS and to some extent, even mobas and RTS.

BTW, did anyone who pre-ordered the GPWL get their refund already from Lazada?

Yup noticed that too.

BTW I'm thinking of utilizing the 15 days easy return (change of mind applicable) to see if I might like the mouse or not. Looking at the G903 as well. My concern is the shape of the mouse which I'm quite picky about.

Yeah. I returned 2 external camera flashes before as their head lamps were yellowish which I described in my return.

I just got refunded for the G304 where the reason is change of mind. I only found out that change of mind is applicable if the device is returned unused in its original packaging but somehow I got lucky I guess.
