The feet is indeed kind of trash. Go order some Corepads or Hotline Gaming competition feets if you want better glide. Mousepad plays an important role too btw.

*EDIT*
Tip; you can sand the feet with some 3000 grit sandpaper for like 20 seconds or so. Alternatively, just do figure 8 motions on your mousepad for a good 20 minutes until the feets are shiny. This will help reduce friction and the scratchy feeling.

- Left and Right button shell rubbing.
- Left or Right mouse button releasing itself eventhough you don't remove your finger while holding either button down (this is easy to test, just hold and drag a window around your desktop for a few seconds and see if it randomly stops moving)
- Loose PCB when you plug in the cable (you'll notice the sensor going out of place).
- Rattling on scroll wheel when you shake it.
- Uneven plastic ridge around the mouse feet which causes uneven glide.
- Battery not holding charge beyond 70%.

These are the major issues so far.

I can charge the battery until 91%, however, restart computer, the battery change to 49%. Also, bought during 11.11
Anyway, how to fix this?

The mouse itself has a battery indicator (the 3 dots in the middle). So if it's 41% it should show no more than 2 dots, does it show that? If it does not - then it confirms that your battery has issue.

Man GPW is so good I can't describe it. Good clicks, good shape (not excellent), good build quality, good sensor, good battery life, good price, good all over.

The led indicator are work as it should. Only the battery status in the software is not correct. Only solution is to wait the software update? Mine also batch 1825.

Only lucky cause we get it cheap here. I think Malaysia was the cheapest place to get GPW (legitimately that is) so far. tongue.gif

Maybe completely delete LGS (and all of its registry) and try again. By right battery indicator at full charge should be 97-100%.

I just need to get used to the lightness...
coming from the G502 without added weights.

What I love the most about it is actually the lack of those 'soft touch' rubber coatings

After almost a week of gaming (average 6 hours gaming, 4 hours normal browsing/day) my battery level is still 3 dots. How cool is that? brows.gif

And Finalmouse Air58 has been released. 58g is insanely light but going back to corded is definitely a downgrade and the shape might just be a tad too big for me anyway.

I used it for around a month before I bought the GPW. I'm a pure claw gripper and although the G603 is slightly large it is still comfortable enough personally.

The sensor, shape, build quality, switches, battery life, and price are all good. However it is tremendously heavy, and of course this is in the case with 2 AAA batteries but I don't think that will hinder most people from enjoying their games.

I bought it at around RM240. The price has gone down nowadays so no worries there although during 11.11 it went down even lower to RM190++.

You might wanna keep an eye on 12.12 brows.gif

Hi,

Anyone here has the SteelSeries Rival 105? What's ur opinion on it?

I really like its shape & price but can't help but wonder about it's build quality.

From a quick Google search, it seems like the sensor on the mouse is pretty bad.

It's a RM100 mouse, what do you expect in terms of build quality? Shape is good for small hands, but yes - the sensor is objectively subpar.

The 16k HERO, I find, feels "snappier" and more "raw" perhaps due to the zero smoothing although I think the shape of your mouse plays a role too, or maybe just a placebo? hmm.gif

But of course it is better optimized for wireless connectivity in terms or battery life.
