The goody bag giveaway is separate from AGM. I didnt go for the AGM.

Just buy 1 share at about RM74 plus cost equals RM80+ and every yr collect RM30 worth of goodies is worth the investment; ROI over 30%. Can collect on behalf of others like acting as proxy to attend AGMs ?

Maybe shares like IGB Reit where its RM1.30 per share and u get a RM50 voucher is what you mean.

No. U can trade by yourself just like normal lots, but beware of the high fee vs the price of the share, e.g. if U buy 1 unit of Maybank at RM10 with all the fees included, it will be like RM18+, so it's damn expensive per unit compare to if U buy 1 lot of maybank for RM1,000 with all fees U might pay just RM1008, so per unit is just RM10.08.

yes, u may buy 1 unit of share, but beware, many company not giving any door gift or voucher if u hold less than one lot of shares....

Yes, sure win investment. Buy shares for capital gains/dividend might make losses when share goes down and U do not have holding power. Buy shares to get goodies, sure get (unless they stopped giving goodies) plus get dividends (if they pay). And most likely get free makan (sometimes for 2 meals - b'fast and lunch)....that's Y U c a lot of retired uncles and aunties at AGMs.

Like u said, the company could stop giving out goodies anytime.
Buy for the fundamentals of the company, the extras, treat them as a bonus
