QUOTE(David83 @ Jun 30 2014, 10:12 AM) You're Hwang fans. Mr Chen Fan Fai's fanboy checking in.... How about any of EI funds that can be considered? Shouldn't ask you? Where's the EI fan? If you notice some of my posting lately, I am already overweight on Bolehland Large cap fund. You see that I am divesting my money into small cap and US equities. I have zero holdings in bond at the moment... all my fixed income in CMF, coz same rtn with less risk. David, pls note that EI Equity Income has greatest reward to risk ratio amongst all local funds, second to Lee Sook Yee fund only. Xuzen p/s: I have exposure to hwang funds via PRS. If I buy direct, I have to pay sales charge, I buy through PRS... zero sales charge. Clever or not? This post has been edited by xuzen: Jun 30 2014, 12:33 PM |

QUOTE(dasecret @ Jun 30 2014, 01:21 PM) But PRS cannot take out ma. Although I also do like that I am those that have a tendency to spend, so this PRS with its lock in mechanism is suitable for me. But my fav is still employer additional contribution to EPF switch to PRS instead, no sales charge and you get to invest more into PRS if we are talking about 5-6% additional contribution. Really should encourage all the banks to allow this arrangement for their staff Hmmmm, come to think of it, Hwang manages my PRS money, Eastspring manages my KWSP portion, and Kenanga manages my cash portion. All in all... I am happy with such arrangement. Xuzen |

QUOTE(yklooi @ Jul 3 2014, 01:12 AM) Thanks....but, but, on that is why lar.... I use the wrap account, I pay no SC, but I pay them 1.5% p.a. wrap fee aka "paw kar liao" fee. I have unlimited switching and no switching fee."fulfilling my wildest fantasy".... guess have to "surrender" for now....the "enemies" are too many and too tempting which can easily overcum an old man. btw,..if moves to EEIF will lose out SC again? PM I lost 3%, If you too sayang-sayang or cannot lose your SC, then stay with PISEF. No right or wrong answer... it is all about expediency and what you are comfortable with. Xuzen |
