FLX manual gearbox have two different types of gearbox one is getrag, another is aichi kikai. use different gear oil. use wrong gear oil may resulted in gear box rosaked. please check fast.

u drive 160km/h no problem not. unless u drive like my style sure tak sempat punya. lol.
u drive earlier la. 8pm drive from kl on the way jam wor.
i pernah drive morning from kl to penang, arrive penang at 2pm. then come back kl from 5pm wor. in wira summore.
but that time syiok because use company car & company petrol card.

Actually Getrag ratio is longer, however shorter final drive compensate it, thats why in terms of pickup and top gear RPM, both GB only 300rpm difference.

 
My observation based on the gear ratios, in a drag race, BLM will row through the first 2 gears quickly, therefore it will be faster. For Getrag the RPM will climb faster only 3rd gear onwards, and this is where the Achipokai becomes disadvantaged because at the same RPM, the FLX is faster and may recover ground lost in the first 2 gears. By the 4th gear the BLM pickup should be lagging behind the FLX dy.

While cruising, the Getrag may be advantageous in overtaking situations where if the BLM needs to downshift to 3rd gear to attain enough torque, the FLX only needs to downshift to 4th.

But like I said, if the IAFM and IAFM+ torque profile is different, then different story.
