Block A ~ 709sqft 1CP, 855sqft 2CP, 1004 2CP

Block B (extra 30k++) ~ 709sqft 2CP, 855sqft 3CP, 1004 3CP (each additional RM30 maintenance)


so block a early bird flippers boh song block b got extra CP, later they can't compete wit block b price

they don care 30k++ extra as they can just put tat in loan ~

if block a owners needed an additional CP, they need to fork out 25k cash ~

tats y flippers boh song long ~ 25k cannot loan mar ~

actually ntg big deal.. i still think Block A is a good deal... even thou 709 sqft add another car park (25K), price still cheap and can get below 300k for 2 car parks.

Anyway... Both blocks are good deal also... and consider good price if compare with all the current launch within KV....

Hey all, this Saville @ Cheras is the Cheras we talking about??

Coz in website it shows:
· 20 mins to KL Sentral
· 25 mins to Petaling Jaya
· 25 mins to Bangsar
· 30 mins to KLCC
· 35 mins to Mid Valley City

normally, from cheras (lets say Leisure Mall) to KLCC less than 15mins (with a little jam)...here shows 30min to KLCC, this cheras dun tell me is nearby the MAKHOTA CHERAS (nearby sg.long) there...


Property along cheras-kajang highway can be named as CHERAS as well?
nowadays developer really simply take it for granted...

Jln Cheras is very long.
I guess this is because Jln Cheras started at the interchange with Jln Tun Razak (near Pudu Pasar) to Cheras Sentral(KL border) and Jln Cheras ends at Kajang Stadium.

If 400K for 1000sf size, I think all wil FIGHT use their finger point to the sales chart to book. and all sapu within 1hour. haha
