I feel the sizes will be change to smaller with more units. Base on 550psf, affordability will be low with the huge size per unit. Gut feeling tells me will be from 800psf - 1100psf generally.
We have to wait n see. About 2km+ to AEON/Jusco Mahkota Cheras. Close to Giant, Cheras Sentral and future link to MRT 2 at Cheras Sentral. However, development at surrounding is slow. Still surrounded by kampung houses. Unlikely to be Malay Reserve land. But matter of time these kampung will be redevelop to mixed commercial, commercial and residential. |
