Yes of course we know David Wong.
He has a very very stable blue line. His fish are abit pricey but well worth the price. If you want to visit him, just let me know.

They don't make the grade for show but are great for display and for beginners. It's ok to keep them just for pets and for display purposes. Later on, you can move to show pieces. That's where the challenge and fun starts.

Kinda hard to find a decently healthy betta in most LFS for me. Most of them are in rather poor shape. A lot of them looked old or sick. And those with long fins looked shriveled.

Which LFS have decent ones hmm? In Subang/PJ area, that is.

Or some forumers here have a young betta for sale that costs less than rm15, hmm?

the reason why betta not popular in lfs is they can't regular change water every 2/3days maintenance. So end up they are loosing betta one by one.....and loose money... . It is risky for them . So you may only can get it from breeder like Bobby Chua, David Wong, Alex Goh, Jitticus (Jit Sin), and sumaikat (Kelvin Tham).

the short fin mean HMPK? Because HMPK tail is short version of HM

frankly speakin none of the betta in subang shop is favourable to me.. but if u wan to get one to play play with.. there are few "ok" grade.. eg : NATURAL AQUATIC & WEI KOON AQUARIUM..

the only ppl i KNow of that breed betta at home is kelvin or joe living in seksyen 17 PJ...

been there once.. their bettas are healthy and vibrant.. but then again i am lookin for something unique like yellow marble, red marble or gold marble.. ANYONE CAN HELP?

powersand special + ada fertilizer (RM 150)
rocks ( rm 6)
bacteria + Nutrien ( rm 8)

Hello, i just bought a pair of betta fish two days back. I actually planned to breed them.

I didnt put the pair in the same tank yet, but already let them see each other from their respective tanks. However, i found out that the male AND female both form the bubble nest the next day! Why is it so??

I thought that only the male betta will make the bubble nest. Can anyone help me??

I suspect both might be male, but the small betta looks like a female to me tho. Cause its so much difference than the male betta, especially the tail.
