Yeah, EB+CFE+CVT is noisy car, LOL. But, feels good when the 1.5T MPV just whizz past other cars.
The turbo whistling when accelerating. If idling, I suspect is belting?

I got the same problem as yours
i) my driver seat creaked
ii) driver door require bit force to close
iii) front passenger driver not in straight position when close - a bit lower
iv) console between dashboard n steering - not in straight position
v) when change to reverse gear no engage - need to press brake pedal/leave it in 2 secs then ok
vi) car received 3 weeks late than promised eventhough - car already standby at proton dealer before LOU signature

call proton i-care yesterday just to get my report no. as my car distance only at 130km

me: then i have to apply my annual leave just to bring this car to service center

Some question on the radiator fan.
How often the radiator fan will auto activate after turn off the car?
Sometimes mine one will on after a short distance, sometimes no on.
Same situation when i travel for long distance, sometimes will on, sometimes no when turn off the car.
Already send SC for troubleshoot but SC claim nothing happen.

How was the filter sound can heard any noise from it except whitsling turbo sound?

1st time using cvt

eb cvt systems
plane road - 750rpm to 800rpm cvt already engage
downhill - can apply as above coz linear gear change
uphill - gear must engage at/> 1.5k rpm, else it wont move at all or car will slide backward if lower than that

however when you do
Quick shift gear mode: change from R to D or otherwise - CVT not even engage even at 1.5k or if you press near 2k rpm / must leave the pedal slowly drop the rpm it will automatically grab the gear in bit shock response
Normal/slow shift mode: gear will engage easily

different responsive/cvt engage compare to my fren evo X - twin clutch system

btw did you notice there is a sound while you press your brake pedal?..i mean not the disc gripping sound
its like some electronic abs pump function which I can heard inside my eb

Mine late 2013 unit (bought in December) has turbo emblem. Can say it's "first batch turbo emblem" units 
The engine braking feature is kind of annoying to me sometimes

you already replace? if not I suggest buy &replace outside proton after you did your service..

btw eb warranty until 3years or 70kkm or whichever comes first right?
