I think all OnePlus One run on Cyanogenmod, no such thing as CM version like Oppo.

If in China, I think the band is different. You might only able to use 3G or EDGE here.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

i'm still curious about the "different" version for China. my impression was that there's going to be only 1 version of the phone and it will be a "world phone". so very surprised by the answer posted on AMA.

i've shared that in the official forum and see what the others have to add.

edit 1:
seems like there's hardware difference:

OnePlus reply:
Their versions are TD-SCDMA, you won't be able to use 3G.

I wish OnePlus can reveal as much as possible, don't left us questioning.

From what I know, there are no "Color OS" edition. All run CM.

ya, but considering there's hardware difference... the ROM designed for international version may not work well at all with the version from China.

If I really getting it, of course it will be international version. No shortcut for now unless you want stuck with Color OS and limited cellular band.

Yeah that is the other too but I'm more of the stock kind of guy. Maybe i'll change some settings with the widgets on the hmscreen or the transitions when scrolling but that's it. laugh.gif

But even so its a gre8 phone and I can't wait to get my hands on it. Let's jst hope it's not over RM1299> and it stays below that point and someone does eventually bring this phone in to Msia rclxm9.gif

Taiwan's 3G band is similar to malaysia but I'm not to sure about the LTE network. Maybe you could get a better answer by posting in the oneplus one forums.
