where r u plannin 2 get the k&n filter? cz a forummer in g2c said it's onli rm200 @ speedworks.. but seems 2 b tat speedworks gif variety of prices such as rm230 & more..

rcracer, the word responsive tat used does it mean tat u r drivin an auto gen2?

btw any1 know when is g2c forum is goinna ON back? it has been down for few days liao..

i did mine at speedwork around... 250 like that if not mistaken...

sorry i forgot to answer that, no mine is MT but i personally know from other AT users that it improves their rides too.

hmmm.. ic ic.. i heard ppl said tat they r trying 2 transplant the airbox from waja campro into gen2.. heard of tat? the results came out quite good also.. but it's a bit costy.. rm500+...

gen2 website down for 3 days. anyone here know what is the problem??

I'm planning to get them either next month or asap as long as my pocket are refill again.

I've too heard from some other users which mentioned that K&N replacement filter no matter they are local or imports... They really improve the responsiveness of their ride. It makes the driver happy. hehe

dear all, We're having a test drive session for a tuned ECU Gen2's we have both autos and manual.

They're original car, just that the ECU is tuned by some talented Proton engineers.

Full exhaust means everything from extractor,mid until muffler is changed.

The waja airbox is the one found on ALL waja's now irrespective whether the campro or the mitsu engines. Honestly i don't really know why they do it, because those looking for power go straight for open pod with 'anaconda'. The high price is i think the chop shops simply jack up the prices because of demand.

well, i've read alot abt the exhaust at the forum and I'm quite confuse to use which type of extractor. Some say 1-3,2-4 is good, some says 1-4,2-3 is good. I'm really confuse and been reading the same thread again and again to pick up something which I may have left out.

I do agree on the open pod but i understand open pod dun really perform well during hot weather and also when u're stuck in traffic standstill. Maybe this is why they dun go for this options.

yeah... i'm using bullet if not mistaken.. and mid muffler.... my rear are just the pipe.... and those guys in speedwork told me that.... only the extrator and pipe are made in here if not mistaken... everything else.. are made in australia...

if u do openpod with only full exhaust mod.... dun hope that u got improve pickup but u might get better at higher speed.... coz if u do openpod.. u need to mod few others things..... they quote me got full mod on cam pulley, dunno whether use emanage or unichip..... all together around 3.6k....

Yes it will do better but all u need is mod alot of thing.. not just an open pod and full exhaust is done..... need to change alot of thing.. do better den drop-in... i haven't think of do so much yet.. so i just use drop in only for now...
