In terms of the coming warship collection magazine, I am suspecting that AllScript might be bringing in this series originally from Eaglemoss Japan. The name of the magazine should be Warship of the World. The magazine is now being brought into US under William Tell as the distributor.

You can find the model of the ships until issue 35 (Japan issue) in this link: http://www.gunkan-collection.jp/collection

The helicopter models looks much better than the fighter aircraft mag model. Is bigger, 1:72 vs 1:100, and the details are much better even both are from amer.

this is what I see on FB fanpage last week AllScript office.
ya the helicopter magazine already arrived to Issue 8,
but don't know it will follow UK issues list or not.
and what I heard is not open for sell for latest issues.
may be Issue 5 will be sell on this week.

hi all!

just started my helicopter collection... and yes, it's HUGE! generally okay detailing but the landing gears totally devoid of details (but for rm29.90, it's definitely value for money). dunno whether it's just me but i kinda feel that the hc1 chinook is off scale as it looks the same length as the ch149 cormorant. the chinook should be much larger than the cormorant by approx 10cm. the cormorant is 2281cm vs chinook's 3010cm and at 1:72 scale should be 31.68cm and 41.80cm respectively? hmm.gif

Agusta Westland CH-149 Cormorant
Boeing HC-1 Chinook

No mistake I think.
FlyingMule model size info:
http://www.flyingmule.com/products/AM-ACHY14
Boeing Chinook HC.Mk 1 ~ Length: 16.5"(inches) = 41.91cm
(wiki length info) 3010 cm ÷ 72 = 41.8055555556 cm

FlyingMule model size info:
http://www.flyingmule.com/products/AM-ACHY19
AgustaWestland CH-149 ~ Length: 10.75"(inches) = 27.305cm
(wiki length info) 2281 cm ÷ 72 = 31.6805555556 cm

it all over a little, so the scale ... I thinks still ok... sweat.gif
may be AgustaWestland CH-149 is over scale... sweat.gif
