Propcafe told u to avoid purchasing props in the 400k to 600k segment. They even told u to emphasise on middle upper property segment which is currently on an oversupplied mode in Klang Valley. Anyway there are lots of pros and cons about a project. The main purpose of this thread is about Rica but you are there barking on other projects. I'm not the only one here who thinks why are you barking like that. Like I've said many times before, it's either you have a problem or everyone else here has a problem. If you are so interested to purchase rivercity then go ahead because we obviously know a lot about this rivercity as it's within rica vicinity. Please stop shooting on your own foot.
