If MRT are such a drawback then people wouldn't be using it and worrying everyday about robberies. Robberies happen even when you are driving also. So your car is a nuisance?

Bro. Trains and planes are some of the main mode of transport. Same goes to properties which serve as a purpose for a shelter, a roof over a head. Properties are getting more unaffordable for the future generation especially for ppl like icemanfx whose prediction has been wrong since 2012. We need ppl like him so that the rich gets richer and then poor remains sharing rubbish economy classes on Lyn.

Well that's what you think then. But the value of the property has always been very generous based on many countries out there where MRT are near or linked to the properties. It's your words here versus the fact of all the countries with MRT props. So should investors trust your words or proven record? That's the question here. 😎

More like agents are the profiteer here as they know demand for certain layouts are highly in demand hence they kept for themselves to be recycle to buyers till the loan is approved. Rich ppl I don't know. But don't blame them for being rich because you are poor. 5% / 8% / 10% are considered HUGE discounts for you? 5% of a 500k prop is only 25k -.-" apa lagi? U haven't came across developers like Mah sing or so giving 20%-30% discounts.

I don't know how creative accounting can be implied here. Please enlighten me.

Was there in the international school in Sentul for 5 years too. I'm very well aware of the surroundings. But a lot has changed. Nevertheless despite the changes, I still dare not walk alone 11pm at night in Sentul. I do not expect the 400k property here to outperform an apple to apple product of 800k in damansara. You pay for what you get. But hey? It's 400k.

That is not international school la. Just a private secondary school my father mother and sister also graduated there.

Don said that not daring walk around there in 11pm, I used to walk there in and play there. Old style shop close dinner only back, around that time la.

Not taking the status that international is better than private or whatsoever. Please refer back to my earlier post as I was trying to say which school I was at and the experience. I'm trying to share my fair share of experience in Sentul. Fact is that the landmark is an international school now. How to tell the readers the landmark in this case then!?

I'm sorry if that misled you. I should have said "I was at this private school before it turned internatonal school in Sentul........" if that makes you any happier.

LO is like quotation (might be wrong comparison). I accepted it and now waiting for RHB to raise Loan Agreement. However, Loan Agreement cannot be issued until there is SPA.

As developer's lawyer has written to RHB's lawyer that the SPA is due to sign in Jan 2017, hopefully RHB will grant extension on the LO. Else, I will need to do fresh application.
