There are a lot of notebooks per brand, each with different features and specs.. Its not possible to compare battery lives in general

There are 2 variants of the Z510 and Toshiba L50: One with a Mobile processor, the other with ULV processor
If you are looking at the ones with ULV i.e. i5-4200U, then you can expect 3- 4 hours usage with WiFI (dimmest screen)

Personally I would go for the DeathAdder I'm using one anyway~
Great mouse, as long as you take good care of it... Most Razer mouse buttons will spoil if you apply too much pressure onto them (when put in bag etc.)

Yeah your budget is certainly good enough haha

Although its one generation-earlier, I would recommend you to try and look for the high quality XPS13 (Maybe can ask putochip123 whether he has access to them or not)- more reliable, though in the end whether a notebook lasts or not depends on a little bit of luck, and how u take care of it

If you cannot find this, then try and get the Inspiron 14 7000, and extend warranty to 3 years, that'll guarantee you at least 3 years Can look for bro putochip123 or viper88 for the purchase~

which would u really recommend based on the list u suggested and why ? and what do u mean by higher quality XPS13 ?

If based on the ones in the list, I'd definitely go for the XPS13
Its one of the best ultrabooks in its class.. the current versions are ~Rm500 more expensive with FullHD touchscreens & 2x longer battery lives- definitely worth considering if you don't have budget constraints Try to look for "putochip123" and see how cheap he can give you

Its made out of carbon fibre yo, very light, yet solid... you can use it to hit people if you want
Of course, it comes with a full SSD, so expect very fast performance and reliability

The notebook is very well designed, with very a comfortable keyboard with tactile keys~
This notebook is on my wishlist haha, and I've already recommended it two of my friends, and needless to say, they love it

*Of course, for your budget you can consider the Apple MacBook Air 13 too, the XPS13's biggest rival

my x42de.. still survive till now and still look new... compare to my others friends's notebook.. and play dota 2 with it. 50~55fps.. quite ok.. 4 years of service liao

do u know any shop in lowyat which has wide range of ultrabooks (dell /asus ) as in display ? cause i prefer to buy thru shops and test it before buying haha

Asus A550LD-XX077H (1TB HDD + GT820m)
Lenovo z510 (1TB HDD + GT740m)

will GT820m be sufficient for the games mentioned above? since A550LD is cheaper than K551LB and z510 so kinda leaning towards the cheaper option for now.
any other suggestions are welcomed

also i would be leaving for SG soon so should i look for ones with international warranty instead?

No specific shops, just go there and have a look, ask around, bargain before buying

Yeah, all 3 are able to handle HoN at max settings (based on the requirements of the game)
And yes, do make sure that the warranty works in Singapore

Asus Malaysia's warranty support is probably the worst over here, but not sure about the quality over in Singapore
