Found one way to eliminate Stock Touchwiz redraw... tested for few hours and 0 redraw furthermore i noticed RAM usage also low..
1. Open root explorer, you may use other explore too. 2. Go to system and edit build.prop 3. for Root explorer open in text editor, remember to change to R/O 4. Look for dalvik.vm.heapsize and change it to 128m 5. Robot your device... 6. Experience and enjoy the magic... |

QUOTE(calvin_kenni @ Apr 20 2014, 11:35 AM) redraw means the TouchWiz launcher had to run again (like u close any other app and tries to run back the app) i guess most of us has rooted their device.. therefore should be able to change it... 1 day + using it so far no redrawyea exactly like u described. note that u kena root ur device first in order to follow the steps as mentioned in the post above |

Hmm... just wanted to give my personal opinion for Revolutionary S5 V3, first of all this things looks good, in overall the developer put most of S5 look and fell into it and for me that is nothing.
Other things like wanam exposed could be install separately without this ROM and removing bloatware can be done easily. Developer claim 365MB used, sure you can achieve it by removing all the bloatware One thing is good that he make the installer looks professional and easy for beginner and also putting other theme and other model good stuffs together.. But..... i wouldn't go for it... |

Just for sharing....I found out another way to avoid stock launcher TouchWiz to redraw, in fact this is also for other launcher... Remember only for rooted user only.
1. Install wanam exposed and intaller 2. Install Wanam application setting 3. search touchwiz 4. Tick resident and save. 5. reboot your device... 6. Done and enjoy... |

I remember to post this before... if you wanted to have your own ROM.. without any developer knowledge you can do it easily..
1. Install Other launcher than stock. 2. remove all stock bloatware 3. find and put in S4, note 2/3, s5 launcher, accuweather, keyboard, theme, camera and others staffs. 4. put in non stock kernel like boeffla, yank555, adam... 5. Installed Wanam xposed staffs 6. Install Chainfire SuperSU 7. Install latest BusyBox 8. put staffs like efs backup.. samsungs tools, hktools and etc.. After above or more stuffs.. you got your own custom ROM... |
