Hey guys, need suggestion for gaming rig, I do read on the past post and comment but doesnt have the suit with my needs.

Budget : RM4k with monitor.

Usage : Hard gaming, no future OC.

Question : 1) Is it necessary  to have SSD nowadays? as for boot up, Windows 8 already boot fast enough to me. I googled around, as for game, just for the load in the game will run fast iinm? correct me if im wrong, so i was thinking should i have SSD or not and is there any other benefit the user?

2) Graphic card : nvidia or Amd today? Help suggest model on each.

Does extra rm40 worth over the Aurum 750W? Coz, Aurum is fully modular with gold efficiency. Tempted. 

From what I know, FSP Aurum is a pretty good PSU too. Go go go!

It may have high efficiency and fairly good ripple/noise suppression but voltage regulation at +12V and 3.3V is loose and its performance at Crossload tests was terrible. When we pulled 60A from +12V during the CL2 test, this rail's voltage dropped dangerously low.

For top end card, best is to get x16 and x16 (it does cost a bomb, but still less than the bomb of the two 290 ).

Else, getting minimumly x8 and x8. Price start at RM450 for some Z87.

Second lane still runs at x4. Better to consider basic Z87 board like Asrock Z87 Extreme 3, RM449.

Since this mobo suggested to me only has USB3.0 for back panel, is there any other mobo I can use that will let me install a front panel USB?

Can also consider Asrock B85 Killer for RM20 more. Superior audio and Killer LAN.

Change the GPU to Gainward GTX770 Phantom 2GB GDDR5 from GBros..  
Or follow what Mr alfiejr said above if u're not gonna OC.
