Haha. Yeah, i've been asked this question many times before actually. I just to want it to be portable enough to bring back home on weekends/holidays. I actually have an old monitor at home, so i'm planning on buying a new monitor to place at my dorm. Then i'll only need to bring the rig back home and plug and play. Kinda like a console 

And yeah, i have considered buying a laptop. But the good ones are way out of my budget. And i can get a far more powerful rig at 3.5k than a laptop at the same price. So this mITX rig i'm trying to build is actually an attempt at getting the best of both worlds. Power and portability at a decent price. Haha.

For your question on what's considered small enough for me, and at the same time powerful enough for my needs, i give you this:

Can do everything a desktop can, but can also bring anywhere like a console  
Though, the only problem with this is, probably have to wait until end of the year or early next year for it to come out

1. i plan to use seidon 120xl for my fx8350. will it help to improve temp of my proc (current temp is 43C idle, 60C load), will noise level reduce also (become more quiet)?

2. what would you recommend for an upgrade of gpu from my current one (now using hd7850 oc) with similar price range?

AIOs have pretty much 3-5℃ temp differences at max speeds so you don't have to worry about performances too much either. Just get the ones that can fit in your case and budget.
