How is the mirroring function I tested the x1 with their Mediaq m310 Huawei.... very large almost not usable. I enquired at lowyat the modeo with ezcast they says Huawei phone not supported.

well bro, please don't be disillusioned that the X1 is a device comparable to Note 3 sweat.gif
it is pocketable and maybe the smallest size 7 incher in the market at the moment but it is still a large device

it depends on one's needs to justify large screen vs mobility, each decision is different based on needs smile.gif

Is it local warranty? Meaning warranty by Huawei Malaysia.

I messaged him before, according to him, it is local warranty. However be reminded that they are closed on Sunday. That is the reason why I bought from DirectD, hands so itchy cannot stand it.

Having used this phone a week this is my 5 cent rating
10 is best while 1 is worst

Display : 9.5
Handling n pocketability : 8 ( depend highly on one clothing types)
Touch screen responsiveness : 9
Overall performance : 8
Option to install app onto ext sdcard ( those that allow it ) without root: 10
Battery life : 10
Ease of Rooting : 10
Overall smoothness : 9
Camera shots quality : 8
Camera speed: 9.5
Phone speaker : 9
Call quality : 10
Gaming : not a gamer but so far few games tested play well. Cannot comment much on this

App incompatibility : none so far
Only Things I don't like: power button location should be placed higher n best is just below sd slot. Present position accidentally press is common
Double tap to wake-up display very good n responsive. Way better than my LG Pad 8.3
Any other aspect you guys want to know ?

Thanks for the review wub.gif

1199. A free mini stand and headphone plug mini capacitive stylus.

You should try Atlantis, they have a better price but I was just in Cheras at the time.

A little comparison with the first Mediapad:

The slimming of the bezels and increase of battery capacity by 20% is a wonderful thing. It is also performing about 2.4 times the dual core S3Pro Qualcomm.

Best of all is the new screen resolution and PPI.

Would like to read your review on this sir.. I'm also tempted to have one, but no budget until I let go one of my current phone.. Am thinking to replace my XZU for this, but still wondering if it can work as a normal phone for me instead of feel like a tablet, and above all, smooth performance. Haven't have time the search for a demo unit..

LOL....if you can stand an XZU, this is surely a no brainer. It feels "tablet-y" but it surely works just like a phone, and performance is smooth after I installed Nova launcher.

One thing I noted is that it seems to be "picky" on cables used. Using normal Samsung cables that give 1800 GCC readings on the Note 3 and Note 2, it only detects as USB charging, which is slow. You have to use those cables specifically made for charging to detect as AC charging.

I haven't used its supplied USB cable yet, still nicely packed in the box.

It charges quickly, about 20% in 30 mins.

Hi guys. Got this a few days ago after reading yr feedback. Any recommended place to buy case/cover ? I plan to remove the screen protector as per uncle Benny coz I find scrolling annoying at the moment.
